The tea is harvested in Shanlin River region, one of the two largest high mountain tea plantations in Taiwan with altitude of 1000M. Amidst high clouds with rich soil from abundant rainfall, the personality of high mountain tea shines through totally.
After removing the yellow leaves, tea leaves are then roasted by Tea Huang, master of roasted tea who has received numerous awards such as Lugu Township Farmer’s Association Special Award. The taste is pure, rich and filled with flavor.
