When using the coffee machine for the first time, please use the iDrip APP for membership registration and login, fill in the warranty information and send it out, and the coffee machine can enjoy a 1-year warranty service.
To ensure your warranty rights, it is recommended that you complete the warranty registration within 30 days after purchase.
If you have completed the warranty registration of the coffee machine, please set up the Wi-Fi network of the coffee machine. After the setting is completed, you can get another one-year extended warranty service, and you can enjoy a total of two years of warranty service.
After you have completed the coffee machine warranty registration and network settings, the warranty service will be automatically extended to 2 years.
The extended warranty service is currently only applicable to coffee machines sold in Taiwan and Japan.
