About the water temperature and quantity of coffee brewing
When the coffee comes out of the water, it will start to cool down when it comes into contact with the air. The general hand-made coffee has a larger volume, about 15 grams, so the cooling rate is slower, and the coffee ear bag weighs about 10 grams. It is higher and can be washed from about 110cc to 150cc, but due to its small size, the cooling rate will be more significant during the process of contact with air.
Hand-made specialty coffee generally recommends that the actual tasting temperature will be tasted from 70 degrees to near normal temperature, all with different flavor changes, and will have a different tasting experience than ordinary commercial coffee.
